Kagami Biraki 2017

Le Kagami biraki signifie « Ouvrir le miroir » (polir le miroir) et non pas « Briser le miroir ».

Traditionnellement, on brise le couvercle d’un tonneau de saké  afin de le déguster lors d’une cérémonie.

Lors de cette cérémonie, les participants échangent des mochi appelés kagami mochi qui représentent le miroir dans lequel ils doivent se regarder pour faire un point sur l’année écoulée.

C’est donc dans une ambiance chaleureuse que les clubs de l’aikido Nami Ressaix et Ochiba Mons ont pu déguster quelques sushis autour d’un verre de saké.
